Maverick is 8 months old and is one of Gracie’s pups who sadly had to come back into our care recently.
He’s a lovely lad and is very keen to please. As he is an Akita/GSD cross he has the intelligence of both breeds which makes him super clever, he does show more GSD traits than Akita. With this in mind he would do really well in an active home. He would also enjoy agility and possibly scent trailing.
Mav is quite a nervous lad and his new family would need to meet him a couple of times so that he is comfortable to go home with them. He is well socialised and could live with a gentle natured spayed female dog after a successful introduction. He can comfortably be left for an hour or two but quickly becomes bored if left much longer. He could live with children aged 12 years and over.
