Wilson arrived with us a couple of weeks ago now after spending his life chained to a kennel like a garden ornament.
He is now ready to find his forever humans who will allow him to be part of their family and an inside dog.
Wilson is a big Akita. With that big body comes a big heart. He loves a head scratch and is quite happy to have fuss. His new most favourite things are toys, he loves them. He is loving getting out for walks and exploring what’s around him. Loads of different smells and things to see. He’s not a fan of standing round once he’s ready for his walk and does a funny kind of bounce saying “c’mon, places to go, people to see”. He is a little strong on the lead but doesnt walk too badly at all.
He can live with dog savvy children aged 10 years or over. No cats or small furries please as we haven’t been able to test these. He was well behaved passing other dogs and isn’t at all interested in the ones at kennels so could possibly live with a spayed female after a successful introduction.
